Refund policy

    • Refunds are applicable for canceled orders, incorrect items, or issues reported within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Refunds are not applicable for change of mind after delivery.

  2. Refund Process

    • Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.

    • Bank or wallet processing may take 3–7 business days depending on the provider.

  3. Order Cancellations

    • Orders canceled before restaurant preparation are eligible for full refund.

    • Orders canceled after preparation may be partially refunded as per restaurant policy.

    • For any refund-related queries, contact Fuzom support via the app or email.

    • Fuzom reserves the right to verify claims before issuing refunds.
