Refunds are applicable for canceled orders, incorrect items, or issues reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds are not applicable for change of mind after delivery.
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Bank or wallet processing may take 3–7 business days depending on the provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders canceled before restaurant preparation are eligible for full refund.
Orders canceled after preparation may be partially refunded as per restaurant policy.
