Orders canceled after preparation starts may receive a partial refund based on restaurant policy.
Order Cancellation by Fuzom or Restaurant
Fuzom or the restaurant may cancel orders due to unavailability of items, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
