Cancellation policy

  1. Order Cancellation by User

    • Orders can be canceled before restaurant preparation for a full refund.

    • Orders canceled after preparation starts may receive a partial refund based on restaurant policy.

  2. Order Cancellation by Fuzom or Restaurant

    • Fuzom or the restaurant may cancel orders due to unavailability of items, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    • A full refund will be issued in such cases.

  3. Refund Timeline

    • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
